Message frequency varies based on client appointment and treatment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Clients may opt out at any time by replying STOP or request assistance by replying HELP.

Promotional or marketing SMS communications are not included in this consent unless the studio maintains a separately approved marketing messaging program and separate customer consent.

How Consent is Collected

End users opt in to receive transactional SMS messages from MY PRETTY FACE SKINCARE STUDIO, LLC (DBA My Pretty Face Studio) through the PMUHQ Studio Customer Portal at https://pmuhqstudio.com/customerportal. After booking a permanent makeup service, customers receive an email directing them to the PMUHQ Studio Customer Portal to opt in to SMS communications related to their appointment and treatment. On the portal, the customer selects My Pretty Face Studio from the studio dropdown and enters their first name, last name, email address, and mobile phone number.

After selecting the studio, the customer is presented with a dedicated SMS consent checkbox identifying My Pretty Face Studio as the sender. The checkbox is unchecked by default and requires affirmative action by the customer. SMS consent is optional, is not bundled with any other agreement, and is not a condition of purchase, booking, submitting forms, or receiving services.

Client records, forms, photographs, and messages are stored in the PMUHQ Studio platform, which provides the software My Pretty Face Studio uses to run its business. Information is stored in the United States and protected with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging.

We use a small number of service providers to operate the business, such as our practice management software (PMUHQ Studio), scheduling and booking platforms, email delivery services, text message delivery providers, and payment processors. These providers may only use information to provide services to us.

We do not sell your personal information.
