These Terms & Conditions govern SMS communications and related services provided by MY PRETTY FACE SKINCARE STUDIO, LLC dba My Pretty Face Studio.
1. Use of Services
By booking an appointment, submitting a form, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Services are provided to adults 18 years and older unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.
2. Appointments
Appointments are scheduled in advance and may require a deposit. Please arrive on time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know as early as possible so we can offer the time to another client. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate health, medication, and allergy information
Follow all preparation instructions before your appointment
Follow all aftercare instructions after your appointment
Tell us about any changes to your health before treatment
Results vary from person to person and depend on skin type, healing, and aftercare. No specific result is guaranteed.
4. Communications
We may contact you by phone or email regarding your appointments, services, forms, preparation instructions, aftercare, and other service-related matters. SMS text messages are sent only to clients who have separately and affirmatively opted in to receive SMS communications from My Pretty Face Studio. Providing a mobile phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages. SMS consent is governed by the SMS Messaging section below and our Privacy Policy.
5. SMS Messaging
If you opt in, My Pretty Face Studio will send you appointment and service-related text messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. The opt-in checkbox is never pre-checked, and you may withdraw consent at any time.
6. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your appointments and where you are in your treatment and healing schedule.
7. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. STOP and HELP
Reply STOP to any message to cancel text messages at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details below.
9. Payment and Refunds
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits hold your appointment time and may be non-refundable. Because permanent makeup is a personalized service, completed services are not refundable.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
